We are delighted to invite you to an extraordinary UIA seminar in the heart of Luxembourg focusing on crucial topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Personal Data Protection and new legislation on digital services and contracts which will take place on the 12th and 13th of October 2023. The seminar will be held in FR/EN with simultaneous translation.

The event will take place at two symbolic and prestigious locations in Luxembourg, on the 12th of October 2023 at the headquarters of the BCEE (the former headquarters of Arcelor Mittal) and on the 13th of October 2023 at the main courtroom of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).

The seminar is organised by the UIA in collaboration with Bonn & Schmitt, with the support of the Luxembourg, Brussels and Strasbourg Bar Associations, the Institut de Droit Européen des Barreaux I.D.E.B, the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Council of Europe, the University of Luxembourg, the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), The National Data Protection Commission (Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données – CNPD), GAFAM and so on.

Me Alex SCHMITT and Me Alain GROSJEAN will be moderating the seminar panels.

The seminar entitles lawyers at the Luxembourg Bar to 16 continuing education points. Reduced rates apply if participants register before the 12th of September 2023.
