Career
Elsa has acquired a solid experience in banking and finance. She advises clients such as lenders and borrowers on various domestic and cross border finance transactions including fintech and crowdfunding matters with a deeper expertise in real estate finance, acquisition finance, secured lending and asset finance from a bilateral, revolving, syndicated or club deal perspective and she has also experience in corporate matters being all under French and Luxembourgish law. She has as well developed a keen interest in regulatory matters relating to professionals of the financial sector such as banks and intermediaries in France and Luxembourg and more generally in contract business law.
She is also a member of l’Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de Droit Bancaire (ALJB).
