Caroline is specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity and structured finance. She advises a broad range of clients such as companies, investment funds and financial institutions in their transactions.
Prior to joining Bonn & Schmitt, Caroline has worked as a lawyer in the M&A, finance and corporate department of a UK law firm in Paris for over 6 years. She has then headed the legal department of a listed European group in the IT sector for 6 years in Luxembourg.
