Nathalie has been with the Firm for more than twenty years.
Nathalie has a very solid background and experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and investment management.
In this latter area, she advises our clients, and liaises regularly with the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF), on legal and regulatory issues, both for UCITS and AIF entities.
Nathalie brings to the firm an impressive background of valuable knowledge and know-how in her fields of practice.
